About this policy
This policy explains how refunds work for Menuray. It sits alongside our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the service.
Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Where this policy and that law disagree, the law wins.
Today: free, no payments
Menuray is free to use and we do not take payments yet, so there is nothing to refund today.
If a charge from Menuray ever appears on your statement, email [email protected] and we will look into it with you.
Your rights under consumer law
Consumer law in your country may give you the right to cancel a purchase, or to a remedy when a service is not what was described. Those rights stand whatever this policy says, and we will not ask you to give them up.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Tell us the restaurant, the date of the charge, and what you would like us to do. You do not have to give a reason, though it helps us fix what went wrong.
What happens after you ask
We reply to every request and tell you what we found and what we are doing about it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if that changes, and update the date above when we do.
